RWJF requires annual and final narrative and financial reports from grantees. In addition, the Healthy Eating Research national program office requires a Semi-Annual Progress Report during the mid-year points of multi-year grants. All reports should be submitted to the Healthy Eating Research national program office. Always include your 5-digit RWJF grant number when submitting reports and corresponding about your grant. RWJF and Healthy Eating Research will alert principal investigators when it is time to submit the reports.

Annual Narrative and Financial Reports
Annual reports should be prepared in accordance with RWJF's Annual Narrative and Annual Financial report format. A reminder will be sent from RWJF 60 days before the report is due. The Grant Reporting Information section of the RWJF Web site contains forms, instructions and frequently asked questions for annual narrative and financial reports.
Semi-Annual Narrative Report
The Healthy Eating Research national program office (NPO) requires a two-page Semi-Annual Narrative Report during mid-year points of a multi-year grant. The NPO uses these updates to assess progress and identify opportunities for technical assistance. The NPO will send a report form to you via e-mail 30 days prior to the due date of your semi-annual report.
Final Reporting
Final reports should be prepared in accordance with RWJF's Final Narrative Report format. A reminder will be sent from RWJF 60 days before the report is due. The Grant Reporting Information section of the RWJF Web site contains forms, instructions and frequently asked questions for final reports.
