Budget revision requests must be submitted to the Healthy Eating Research national program office.

You may submit a request at any time, but you must submit a budget revision request if you anticipate spending in excess of 105 percent of an approved budget category, if you need to add a new line item or adjust your line-item distribution because of a change in your project, or if you wish to carry forward unused funds from a prior period.

To request changes to your budget, please call the national program office (NPO) to discuss the changes and then make your requests in writing, supplying the reasons for the request and a revised budget narrative and line-item budget worksheet. After the materials have been reviewed and approved by the NPO, they will be forwarded to RWJF for review by a grants administrator. Access forms and instructions related to budget revisions.
